PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

ORDERS:  Place your ScrubsCE orders online, by fax, or by phone.  To order online, locate the book or course you would like to purchase, then click the appropriate button next to the course. Your order will be processed securely through PayPal with applicable fees added. To fax your order, print the order form and fill it out completely. Please make sure you include ALL the information required for processing your credit card, otherwise your order cannot be completed. Then fax it to 480-393-5670.  Or you can call your order in toll free:  866-424-0601.  Please allow at least 3-6 business days for most shipped book or test delivery.  It is your responsibility to provide the correct mailing address and to make sure that address is a secure location for delivery.  If you feel your mail will be compromised, then we suggest you notify your local Post Office to hold your package until you can pick it up.  If you choose to mail in your order with a check, extra time is needed for check processing.  A fee of $30.00 will be charged for checks that are returned by the bank for any reason.

POLICIES: 

Certificates:  You must pass with a score of 75% or better in order to successfully complete the course and receive the certificate of completion.  You are allowed three attempts to pass.   Upon passing your certificate will always be emailed, if an email is provided,  and you can request your certificate by mail, or fax.  Our certificates are issued the same business day via email or fax, but please allow up to 5-7 business days for mailed certificate delivery.  Need the certificate right away?  Call us and we will work with you to get the certificate to you on time!  We're here to provide you with the best service! The certificate date will be the date ScrubsCE receives your answer sheet that earns a grade of 75% or more.  If you lose your certificate, a duplicate can be requested at no charge.  You have one year from date of purchase to complete your test.

Courses:  If delivered by mail, you will receive most of your courses in 3-6 business days. E-book /E-course purchases cannot be refunded because they have immediate accessibility. Discontinued courses cannot be refunded.  If you have already taken the test, you will not get a refund for your course.  For all other purchases, you must notify us within 10 days of your purchase date for returns/refunds.  Returned material must be in “brand new” condition.  Scrubs Continuing Education reserves the right to be the sole judge of the condition of the book and amount of credit issued.  Credit will be toward your next course with ScrubsCE, less postage and handling fees, less 10% restocking/processing fee and miscellaneous applicable fees.  For guaranteed lowest prices course certifications and testing method prices must match. Courses expire after one year from date of purchase.
